August 27, 2005, 10 AM, Chapter Meeting at Oakland Catholic, Welcome to New/Prospective members

 

September 17, 2005, Pittsburgh Dragon Boat Festival, 11 AM to 7 PM, Southside Riverfront Park, accessible from South 18th Street. We need volunteers to operate our booth at 2-3 hour intervals.

 

October, 2005 (Date to be determined) We need to determine if we want to use this month to collect school supplies to send to the Global Youth Forum. Do you have any ideas on this that can be used for the group?  If we don't do this, then we should find another local service project in October.

 

November, 2005: Chapter meeting; Date to be determined; and/or a Community Food Bank project for Thanksgiving.

 

Global Youth Forum, Nov. 9-13, Washington, D.C.

 

December 4, 2005: Open House at the Nationality Rooms at Pitt, 12-4 PM. We will go as a group, and then meet to have a pizza party. Place to be determined, possibly Oakland Catholic.
